According to a study by Football Money League and prepared by Deloitte, Real Madrid is now the richest club in the world , ahead of other powerful clubs like Barcelona, Manchester United, Bayern Munich , Arsenal and Chelsea.

Among the top 20 ranking, England is the country with the largest number of clubs with 7 (Manchester United, Arsenal, Chelsea, Liverpool, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Aston Villa). Germany and Italy contribute four, Spain three and France contributes two.
