Uzbekistan juggle squad for vital match [Fri Aug 26th, 2005]
With eight days remaining until the first leg of the Asian World Cup playoff with Bahrain in Tashkent, Uzbekistan boss Bobby Houghton has made adjustments to his squad.
According to the Asian Football Confederation’s official site, highly-rated striker Alexander Geynrikh is unlikely to make the starting lineup and will be replaced on September 3 by either Vladimir Shishelov or Ulugbek Bakaev.
The suspended Nikolay Shirshov is injured and his place in the squad will be taken by Vladimir Radkevich.
