Russia: Grozny land Koroman [Wed Aug 31st, 2005]
Russian Premier League strugglers Terek Grozny have signed Serbia & Montenegro international Ognien Koroman from rivals Krylia Sovetov Samara.
The 26-year-old midfielder has penned a three-year contract with Terek, who are in the bottom two of the Premier League with 16 points from 21 games.
Koroman told Sport-Express: "Terek's offer was unexpected for me, as I only found out about it while I was at the (Serbia & Montenegro) national team's training camp in Belgrade.
"I wasn't going to leave Samara, but the board told me that my transfer was economically profitable for the club."
