Spain: Mallorca net Doni and Yordi [Thu Sep 1st, 2005]
Mallorca made two late additions to their squad before the transfer window closed, as they signed Italian midfielder Cristiano Doni and striker Yordi.
Doni, 32, arrives from Sampdoria and will provide competition to the likes of Borja, Francisco Farinós and Guillermo Perera in midfield.
Yordi joined from Getafe just before midnight and will further bolster the attack after the addition of Lampros Choutos from Inter Milan.
Coach Hector Cuper has been busy in the transfer market this summer as he looks to avoid another relegation battle.
