Korea: K-League- Battling Bucheon in first [Mon Sep 5th, 2005]
In the sole K-League fixture of the day, Bucheon SK jumped into first place with a come-from-behind 2-1 victory at Chunnam Dragons.
The fixture had been rescheduled after torrential rain caused the August 24 game to be called off.
Lee Chang-woon put the home side ahead after only ten minutes and the Dragons looked set for their first points of the second stage six minutes before the break as Bucheon’s international defender Kim Han-yoon was shown a second yellow.
The visitors, who finished bottom of the league in 2003 and 2004, hit back in first half injury time as Chunnam defender Lee Chang-woon put the ball into his own net.
Defender Ma Cheol-joon scored the winner a minute after the restart.
