Copa Sudamericana: Fluminense coach wants Banfield under pressure [Thu Sep 15th, 2005]

Fluminense coach Abel Braga has urged his team to make full use of tonight’s home game (São Januário, 21:45 Brazil) in order to ensure that the Tricolor Carioca are virtually classified for the quarter-finals before even stepping foot in Argentina for the second leg.

"We’re going in for the kill, playing our most offensive game from the word ‘go’; none of this catenaccio prudence. To leave the result up to the second game in Argentina would be extremely complicated,” the coach warned in an interview with the Club’s PR department.

His stance is in sharp contrast to Corinthians’ mixed eleven. The only doubts are between Beto & Juninho and Juan & Lino. The likely team to be fielded against Banfield is as follows; Kleber; Gabriel, Gabriel Santos, Igor and Juan (Lino); Arouca, Preto Casagrande, Juninho (Beto) and Petkovic; Leandro and Tuta.
