Waalwijk move top of Dutch first division [Sun Sep 18th, 2005]

Amsterdam (Reuters) - Goals from Stephan Keller and Rick Hoogendorp gave RKC Waalwijk victory over Heracles Almelo and top spot in the Dutch first division.

Swiss central defender Keller struck from close range after Benjamin de Ceulaer put him through in the 36th minute.

Fifteen minutes from the end Hoogendorp sealed RKC's fifth win and Heracles Almelo's first defeat of the season from the penalty spot.

RKC have a maximum five points, three more then AZ Alkmaar and Feyenoord, who will be in action on Sunday against Amsterdam and Heerenveen.

Heracles are fifth with 10 points, level with PSV Eindhoven, who travel to Groningen.

NAC Breda took a point from NEC Nijmegen to move sixth with seven points. Julian Jenner opened the scoring for NEC in the 27th minute but midfielder Bjorn van der Doelen levelled after 75 minutes.

Jason Oost stole a point for Sparta Rotterdam with his second-half strike at RBC Roosendaal who had gone ahead before the break through Nyron Wau.

Meanwhile, ADO Den Haag and Twente Enschede shared the points following a goalless draw.
