UAE appoint Advocaat's replacement [Sun Sep 18th, 2005]
Less than a week after losing Dick Advocaat to South Korea, the United Arab Emirates FA have appointed his replacement.
Local coach Jumaa Rabie will take control of the national team for their friendly match against Benin that will take place on September 23.
It is not yet known if Rabie will be a permanent appointment but as he was the caretaker coach from May to Advocaat’s arrival in July, it is likely that the UAE FA will be looking for another foreign coach.
