Spain: Valencia's Aimar to wear facial protection [Mon Sep 19th, 2005]

Valencia playmaker Pablo Aimar will have to wear facial protection after breaking his nose against Deportivo La Coruna.

The Argentine had an operation on the fracture last night and will be free to train immediately.

Aimar played the entire second half against Depor, but will need to wear protection until the injury has healed.
