Holland name provisional squad [Wed Sep 21st, 2005]
Holland coach Marco van Basten has named a 33-man provisional squad for the forthcoming World Cup qualifiers against the Czech Republic and Macedonia.
The national team travel to Prague to face the Czechs on October 8 before returning to Amsterdam to play Macedonia in their final Group Eight qualifying game.
Holland are currently top of the standings, four points ahead of the Czech Republic, and only need a draw in Prague to guarantee a place at the finals in Germany next northern summer.
Van Basten will name his final squad on Friday September 30.
