Pheromonally induced alterations in gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) pulsatility allow for a life*long causal linkage among olfaction, neurotransmission, autonomic responses, luteinizing hormone/follicle stimulating hormone ratios, steroidogenesis, neurotransmission, and hormonally induced behavioral changes.
